Neem Foundation established a unique centre for the promotion of neem among the farmers and neem processors at village Gondkhairy, 20 km east of Nagpur city on NH-6. The centre provides information of scientific methods of neem collection, processing and its application in agriculture. The centre display quality neem products and its production technology for farmers and neem processors. A dedicated Centre for appropriate Neem technologies was established in 2002 under the project supported by Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. of India and UNDP/UNIDO to promote low cost, environment friendly pest management with Neem materials among the farmers. Over the years NRTDC developed various innovative neem processing technologies and machineries to process neem at village level.

 A network was established for the implementation of the programme with various reputed Govt. agencies and institutions like Tea Board, Coffee Board, Spices Board, Punjab State Council for Science and Technology, Industrial Toxicology Research Centre (ITRC), Lucknow, Indian Cardamom Research Institute, Kerala, Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT), Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalya, West Bengal and Vivekanand Institute of Bio-technology, Nimpith.

 Under the collaboration for the development of developing countries, Govt. of India through UCSSIC and RENPAP of UNIDO had extended technical support to the countries of West Africa.
